SignUp Cooldown

You can set a cooldown between user sign ups via the command signup_cooldown set. It is also possible to configure this setting via the guild dashboard on the website.

If a cooldown is set, a user has to wait for the configured amount of time between sign up/off.

To disable the cooldown simply use 0s as command input.
