How to Create a Signup Group
Signup Groups
can only be created via the website. To create an entry, go to your guild
dashboard and select "Add Entry" in the "Signup Groups" section.
A Signup Group
holds information about which user shall be signed up with which role to a given event. Therefore Signup Groups
are bound to a signup template.
This means, if you edit a signup template in a breaking way, the Signup Group
will stop working!
After you gave the group a Name
and selected a Signup Template
, a form appears where you can select users for each role.
The form takes all signup template limits limits into account, except user limits. This means: if you limit a user to one sign up, the form does not validate that and raises no error if you add the same user to two fields.
Once you are happy with the sign ups, press Create Signup Group
to save the configuration.
